Talent RISE is delighted to be partnering with BDP to help identify and support a Facilities Assistant. BDP is a major international interdisciplinary practice of architects, engineers and designers who create outstanding ‘places for people’.
This role is being offered as a full-time, permanent contract, with a minimum salary of £21.2K and great benefits. There is some flexibility in working hours but there would ideally be a start-time between 8-9am and finishing between 4:30-5:30pm (37.5 hours per week total).
BDP is actively fostering an inclusive culture where people can be themselves and everyone has a sense of belonging. They want their teams to be diverse at every level, reflecting the communities they design for. So, BDP actively encourages people from a variety of backgrounds with different skills and life experiences, to join their team and help them to achieve their aspirations.
There are no academic requirements but candidates must be enthusiastic about the opportunity with a positive attitude and personality. They also need good communication skills and be able take responsibility for their own workload, especially when they are required to work alone at BDP’s offsite archive facility in Stalybridge.
