We are recruiting for an awesome Manchester based team member to help us build on our most successful results to date last year, and to sustain our momentum moving forward.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for developing and managing local partnerships; designing and delivering employability workshops and programmes; and supporting young people facing barriers to employment in securing and sustaining opportunities, both with our employer partners and through their independent job-search.
Salary is £30-£35K and the role is permanent following a successful probationary period. This role is Manchester based but there is anticipated to be some travel to Birmingham and other UK locations and the option for remote working 2 days a week if agreed with our UK Director.
Talent RISE is fortunate to already work with some amazing employer partners, including Fujitsu and Direct Line Group, and we have access to many more digital-tech employers and volunteer tech recruiters via our incredible supporting company Talent International. We also have a good existing network of community partners in Greater Manchester, including other youth organisations, colleges, JCP work coaches and more.
So, conditions are prime for the right candidate to hit the ground running and make an impact by helping us to scale up work supporting young people locally (and across the UK when the need arises).
For more info, including the person specification, see the full role spec below or contact email@example.com // 07585 984 810.
To apply candidates are asked to email a copy of their CV and a supporting statement describing why they are interested in this role and how they meet the person specification to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Aug 24, 2022 (each document no longer than 2 pages).
We may begin contacting early applicants before the closing date and reserve the right to close the application process early should an ideal candidate be found sooner.
Note that we would love to receive applications from young people aged 30 or under who meet the person specification. However, as a staff position this opportunity is open to people of all ages.
