Talent RISE (UK) is delighted to announce the renewal of our fantastic partnership with JBR Capital in 2023. Like last year, JBR’s generous support includes a donation of £7,500, as well as two internships paying the London Living Wage that will help diverse young Talent to build careers in professional services.  

JBR Capital is the UK’s only independent lender dedicated solely to high-end vehicle finance, and is sponsoring Talent RISE’s charitable activities as part of its wider ESG strategy.

Andy Chaggar, Talent RISE (UK)’s Director, had this to say about the partnership:

It takes empathy and an authentic commitment to social impact for employers to open their doors to young people, and by paying the London Living Wage JBR ensures that its internships are accessible to all. These opportunities have had a life-changing impact on those who joined the company last year, and will undoubtedly do so again on those who take part this year. Like last year, JBR’s generous donation will also allow Talent RISE (UK) to support even more young people on their journey towards meaningful employment”

Nayan V. Kisnadwala, JBR Capital’s CEO, shared his own thoughts:
