Talent RISE (UK) is delighted to announce a brilliant partnership with JBR Capital, the UK’s only independent lender dedicated solely to high-end vehicle finance. This partnership will initially run until the end of 2022 and involves JBR sponsoring Talent RISE’s charitable activities with young people facing barriers to employment.

JBR’s generous support includes a donation of £7,500, and the company has also worked with Talent RISE to develop a meaningful internship programme that helps diverse young talent to build careers in professional services.

As part of the programme JBR Capital has already welcomed two young people as interns within the company’s Marketing and Credit teams. As well as having an amazing opportunity to build their skills, experience and confidence, interns are receiving the London Living Wage.

Both Talent RISE and JBR Capital hope that more young people can be offered paid internship opportunities within the company’s other teams, potentially including Compliance, IT and HR.

“I want to say a huge thank you to everyone at JBR for their support and engagement. Developing this partnership has taken time and effort from their team on top of their busy day jobs. JBR has already impacted the lives of two very deserving young people, and we applaud their payment of the London Living Wage to ensure these internships were accessible to those without other sources of financial support. JBR’s generous donation will also allow Talent RISE (UK) to support even more young people on their journey towards meaningful employment”
