Talent RISE is delighted to announce a new partnership with Larita Academy in Victoria!  Larita Academy (LA) provides a workshop for young people at risk with a three-day educational and development program that creates connections, ignites passion, encourages a growth mindset and provides learning, resources and support to assist participants in establishing employment pathways.

Talent RISE will work with LA graduates providing direct support to build valuable life-long work readiness skills and confidence. From online courses to workshops, LA graduates will develop the tools to keep their skills sharp and advance their career.

LA graduates will get access to support, coaching, mentoring, workshops and content such as:

• Transferable skills – What are they and how do I identify mine?
• Cover letter and CV – Helping you stand out from the crowd.
• Job Interview skills.
• Workplace expectations.
• Job search skills – Seek and LinkedIn profiles and algorithms.
