They’re a young, goal-driven team with the mission of providing a 5-star service whilst providing the most cost-effective solution to high quality plant-based medicine in Australia. They don’t want to be the everyday medical clinic, instead bringing relatability and friendliness mixed with a level of professionalism to simplifying the process for their patients.

They’re currently looking for a superstar to join their Patient Support team! Based in their Richmond office, you will be reporting directly to the Patient Support Manager and collaborating closely with the sales team to help support patients on starting their journey into alternative medicine. Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with empathy and expertise.

We have 3 shift options up for grabs, depending on your preference. The options are:

  • Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Monday – Friday 1pm – 9pm
  • Wednesday – Sunday 9am – 5pm

(Please note: the role is an entry-level position and customer service training will be provided on the job).

About the Role

As a Patient Support Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of patient communications, offering support and resolving queries through various channels including email, SMS, live chat, and phone calls. This role is perfect for those who have a knack for empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient queries and concerns via email, SMS, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information and support to patients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to address and resolve patient issues.
  • Advocate for patient needs and preferences, aligning with Easykind’s values.
  • Contribute to team discussions on improving patient care strategies.

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Patience and a positive, empathetic attitude towards patients.
