Talent RISE expands into Auckland Market

Talent RISE is pleased to announce its expansion into the Auckland market with the appointment of Shanelle Partridge as Youth Manager effective immediately. Partridge will work closely with Karen Graham, Talent RISE CEO, and Kara Smith, Country Manager NZ, Talent.

With extensive experience in the youth development space, Partridge has worked across different government sectors, not-for-profits and within the corporate sector. Partridge will be responsible for development and management of Talent RISE and its programmes in the Auckland market.

Speaking on the announcement, Shanelle Partridge, said, “Helping our Rangatahi is something I’m incredibly passionate about, so when I saw the opportunity to work with Talent RISE it was a no-brainer. Working with our young people within the Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland market previously, I’ve seen the impact of what having meaningful work can do to boost confidence, give purpose and meaning, and provide so much more. To be able to establish and build valuable programmes for our Rangatahi is something I’m really looking forward to and having the backing of a global company like Talent where doors can be opened to meaningful work opportunities is exciting.”

Karen Grahem, Talent RISE CEO, said on the announcement, “Expanding Talent RISE into different markets has been a top priority so I’m delighted that we have officially launched into Auckland with Shanelle at the helm. Shanelle’s passion and knowledge within the market I know will make a huge impact and I’m looking forward to working with Talent’s clients in the Auckland region.”
